He Slated that Council ~y authormd lhe City lo apply for Fodcnl funds under the: lnlcrmodal Surface Transponation Efficiency Act (ISTEA) on February 7 , 1994 . The City will benefit from SR.tl00 .00 in Federal panicipation in this project . The City will be required to proviclc: a 2CW, match , totaling $2,000.00 for design of this projccl.
