He wanted to know if he had Council's support to clarify the City's position. Council's position on the project w.s discussed. City Manager Fraser offered to assist Nr. Non-scheduled Visitors (a) Ken Haraldsen, 3018 South Washington Street, objected to the pro- posed woodburning ordinance. He stated he burns wood as a necessity. City Manager Fraser encouraged Mr. Haraldsen to attend Council's study session on July 6, 1992 at which ti111e they will be studying possible woodburning restric- tions. Discussion ensued. Mr . Haraldsen invited Council to attend the Great Pike's Peak Cowboy Poet Gathering in August in Colorado Springs. ,,, - (b) Thomas Burns, Englewood Housing Authority Chairaan, presented the Housing Authority's annual payaent to the City of Englewood in lieu of taxes in the amount of $13,800 and thanked the City for their assistance.
