It the Planning Commission and City Council approve the rezoning, the cloaing on the sale ot the property will take place. The Marra Development Corporation then intenda to tile a Planned Developaent with the City in order to build townhouaea in three phaaea. In reviewing the requeat, the co .. iaaion aay want to conaider the tallowing: The aubject area ia contiguoua to an exiating R-3 Zone Diatrict on the eaat, aouth and weat, and would be an exten- aion ot that R-3 zoning. The aubject area conaiata ot two and one-halt city blocka.
