No one came forward . City Attorney Olsen requested that two letters be entered Into the records: one, a resident of 4981 South Clarkson (unsigned) and the other from the City Manager of Cherry Hills Village. It was explained that the elimination of these restrictions would be economically advantageous to th City and that passage of this Bill wa s reco11111ended by the Water and Sewer Board. His concerns Included (1) tires which secure the roofing of two of he warehouses in the area which create a smoke and fire hazard, an uncontrolled environment for the breeding of Insects, and a decrease in property value for the neighborhood; (2) debris surrounding the buildings within the area; and (3) the presence of approximately 7S drums, some of which con ained various chemicals which could prove harmful to anyone exposed o heir cont n s. He urged attention to this matt r.
