Council Memb r Van Dyke questioned wh ther the letters entered into the r cord
listed above had been responded to; she was advised that letters sklng for
specific technical information had been respond d to; letters referring to
lPgality of assessments, etc. had not be n respond d to by Engin ering.
Council M mber Van Dyke received confirmation of her understanding that 1f th
property own rs do not present to Council in per on their concerns other han
for specific technical information, the matter is not addressed.
