Elati St. Englewood, Co. 80110 March 9, 1983 Re: Paving District No . 29 Dear ~·layor Otis a nd Council Hembers: • • • This is to request th at the 2700, 2800, 2900 and 3000 blocks of So. Cherokee Street be \vithdra\,'11 from the proposed Pavin;; District ~o . 29 for t he reasons hereinafter set forth. This will P)so constitute a written objection to the inclusion of our property Hithin the Paving District, such objection being made pursuant to 3l-2S -503 (4)(i) 1973 C.R.S., as a~ended. The undersi gne d are 0\mers of ?roperty at 3015 and 3029 So . Ch erokee , being Lols 42 through 46, inclusive, Block 21, Speers Broadway addition. Although \ve do not pre sume to speak for any other property ovners, it is our bel ief that the paving and base in these four bl ocks is firm and in a condition that an overlayment of a 2" rna .. \>'ould create a street surface that v:ould last for many years in t his r sidential neighborhood. ~ost , if not all. of the traffic to and from Cinderella City is confined to the streets south of Dartmouth Av nue. ~ understand the City 's desire to upgrade the network of str ts in Engl \\'OOd and are in full nccord.
