A RESOLUTION APPOINTING JACK OLSEN P.C. SPECIAL ASSISTANT CITY
ATTORNEY.
WHEREAS, Section 64, Article IX, of the Englewood
Home Rule Charter states that Council may provide the City
Attorney with such assistants as Council may deem necessary;
and
WHEREAS, Council deems it necessary to appoint a
Special Assistant City Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
FOR THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO, as follows :
ATTEST:
Section 1 .
niat Mr. Jack Olsen, P.C., is hereby appointed Special
Assistant City Attorney to work at the direction and
control of the City Attorney.

Assistant City Attorney. (Copies enclosed.)
