Count y , Colorado, met in special session on September 1, 197 8
at 7 :30 p.m.
Ma yo r Taylo r , pr esiding, called the meeting to order .
Th e invocation wa s given by Councilman Donald Smith .
The P le dge o f Allegian ce was led by Councilman Donald Weber .
Mayor Taylor asked for roll call . Upon a call of
th e r oll , the following were present:
Council Members Williams, Weber, Smith, Harper ,
Clayton, Mann, Taylor.
Absent : None .
Th e Mayor declared a quorum present .

Assistant City Manager Curnes
City Attorney Berardini
Dir ctor of Finance/ex officio
City Clerk James

Mayor Taylor stated the purpose of the meeting was
to consider the findings of the Board of Career Servic e Comis-
sioners on impasse between the Englewood Employees Association
and the City o f Englewood.

COUNCILMAN HARPER MOVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL ACCEPT
THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE CAREER SERVICE BOARD. Councilman
Weber seconded the motion. Upon a call of the roll, the vote
resulted as follows:
Ayes: Council Members Williams, Weber, Smith,
Harper, Clayton, Mann, Taylor .

The City Council of the City of Englewood, Arapahoe
County, Colorado, met in special session on September l, 1978 at 7:30 p .m.
Mayor Taylor, presiding, called the meeting to order.
The invocation was given by Councilman Donald Smith.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilman Donald Weber.
Mayor Taylor asked for roll call. Upon a call of
the roll, the following were present:
Council Members Williams, Weber, Smith, Harper,
Clayton, Mann, Taylor.
Absent : None.
The Mayor declared a quorum present.
