I-le stated that part of the l a nd the ca r shr edder is b e ing cons truct e d on is within the flood pla in desi g nated by Ar apa hoe County. Mr. VonFr ellick pr e s e nted a map outlining th e indus trial zoning a nd th e flood pla in area . He stated that the Cou nty is taking a survey to d e t e rmine if part of the e quipme nt is within th e f l ood plain . COUNCILMAN SMITH MOVED TO DIRECT THE CITY ATTO RNEY TO PREPARE THE NECESSAR Y INFORMATION FOR AN INJUNCTION TO CEASE THE CONS TRUCTION OF THE CAR SHREDDE R LOCA TE D AT 21 00 WEST OXFORD AVENUE, BASED ON THE VALIDITY OF THE BUILDING PE RMIT ISSUED BY ARAPAHOE COUNTY; AND TO REPORT BACK TO CITY COUNCIL ON .JUNE 6, 1977 OR SOONE R.
