The City Council of the City of En glewood , Arapaho e County , Co l orado ,
met in special session on June 13, 1977 at 7:00 p .m.
May or Taylor, presiding, called the meeting to order .
May or Taylor asked for r oll call. Upon the caJ.l of the roll , the
following were present:
Council Members Williams, Sovern, Smith , Brown , Mann , Cl ayton ,
and Mayor Taylor.
Absent : None.
The May or declared a quorum present.
Also present were: City Manager Mcc own
City Attorney Berardini
Acting Personnel Director Br own
Director of Community Development Wanush
Director of Finance/City Clerk James

Mayor Taylor stated the purpose o f this meeting was to continue
a meeting from May 9, 1977 on a public hearing c oncerning Hampden Professi onal
Park Subdivision final plat.
William J. Caskins, Jr., attorney f or the Sternberg Partnership,
stated that the residents of the area and other interested parties are coming
c l o se t o reaching an agreement o n the development of Hampden Professional Park
Subdivision and requested a continuance of three weeks.
COUNC ILMAN WILLIAMS MOVED TO POSTP ONE THE PUBLIC HEARING ON HAMPDEN
PROFESSIONAL PARK SUBD IVI SION FINAL PLAT UNTIL JULY 11 , 1977 AT 7:00 P .M.
Councilman Clayton seconded the moti on. Up on a caJ.l of the r oll , the vote
resulted as f oll ows:
Ayes: Counc il Members Williams , Sovern, Smith , Brown , Mann ,
Clayton, Taylor .
Nays: None.
The Mayor declared the motion carried.
