HomeMy WebLinkAbout2026-03-02 (Regular) Meeting Minutes MINUTES City Council Regular Meeting Monday, March 2, 2026 1000 Englewood Parkway - 2nd Floor Council Chambers 6:00 PM 1 Study Session Topic a) City Attorney Tamara Niles provided information on a proposed Municipal Code amendment to provide a comprehensive, clear process for contested hearings. b) Affordable Housing Program Manager Seth Brown presented an overview of the new state law concerning the right of first refusal for multi-family housing properties that are placed on the market for sale. The meeting recessed at 7:10 p.m. for a break.
