WHEREAS , James Phelps is a cum,nt member of the En1lewood Police Officers' Pension
Board ; and

WHEREAS. James ~helps bas applied for reappointment to the Englewood Poli,.,
Oflirers ' Pension Board ; ~nd
WHEREAS , the Englewood City Council desire s to reappoint James Pbelpa to the
Engl•wood Police Officers' Pension Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE en~ OF
ENGLEWOOD , COLORADO, THAT :
