WHEREAS, there ia a vacancy in the Englewood Urban Renewal Authonty; !IJ!d
WHEREAS, Jill Carla ton baa applied to serve aa a member of the Englewood Urban
Renewal Authority ; a-.d
WHEREAS, the Mayor with the approval of the Englewood City Ccunr.il desires to
appoint Jill Carlaton to the Englewood Urban Renewal Authority;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C!TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO, THAT:

Jill Carlston'• term will be effective immediately and will expire February 5, 200?.
