WHEREAS, there ia a vacancy in the Enalewood Downtown Development Authority; and
WHEREAS , Bill Curnow bat applied to aerve •• a member of the Englewood Downtown
Development Authority; and
WHEREAS, the EnR)ewood City CoUDcil deairea to appoint Bill Curnow to the Englewood
Downtown Development Au;liority;
NOW, THERE~'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ENGLEWOOD , COLORADO, THAT:
~-Bill Curnow ia hereby appointed to the Englewood Downtown O.velopment
Authority. Bill Curnow'u term will be effective immecliatejy and will expire June 30, 2000.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 6" day of J uly, 1999.
