Approval of a new PSA with Jacobs for City Ditch Piping Reach 2 design and construction services in the amount of $369,465, including approval to execute change order(s) to expend a 10% staff-managed contingency of $36,947, if needed, for a total project authorization of $406,412. v) Motion - Change order with Eidos Architects, PC (Eidos) for additional design work due to unforeseen site conditions and owner-initiated changes for the Space Improvements Project Phase 2 at the Allen Water Treatment Plant (WTP). Approval of a change order to the Professional Services Agreement (PSA-25-227) with Eidos in the amount of $47,125, increasing the total contract authorization to $293,985.
