i) Motion - Malley Recreation Center Trust Fund donation in the amount
of $5,000 from the Estate of Ellen Martin
Approval to accept the monetary donation for Malley Recreation Center
in the amount of $5,000 from the estate of Ellen Martin, as well as a
$25 donation from current patron Virgene Buthman.
ii) Motion - Applying for the RTD Partnership Grant in the amount of
$300,000 with a 20% match

Department's (RTD) 2026 Partnership Program for $300,000 to support
an on demand microtransit project in 2027 and 2028. The application

iii) Motion - RTD has opened its next round of applications for the
Partnership Grant in the amount of $150,000. The grant requires a 20%

due April 29, 2026.

Approval of a grant application for the Regional Transportation
Department (RTD)’s 2026 Partnership Program, Call for Projects for
$150,000 to support continued operations of b.e.r.t.’s extended service
hours for 2027 and 2028. The application requires a 20% local match of
$30,000, to be funded from the 2027 Community Development
Department Budget.

iv) Motion - Award of a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with
Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. (Jacobs) for design and construction
services for City Ditch Piping Project Reach 2.
Approval of a new PSA with Jacobs for City Ditch Piping Reach 2
design and construction services in the amount of $369,465, including
approval to execute change order(s) to expend a 10% staff-managed
contingency of $36,947, if needed, for a total project authorization of
$406,412.
v) Motion - Change order with Eidos Architects, PC (Eidos) for additional
design work due to unforeseen site conditions and owner-initiated
changes for the Space Improvements Project Phase 2 at the Allen Water
Treatment Plant (WTP).
Approval of a change order to the Professional Services Agreement
(PSA-25-227) with Eidos in the amount of $47,125, increasing the total
contract authorization to $293,985.
